- Free content - Educational videos available to all users
- Star Club premium subscription - Access to additional premium content
- Progress tracking - Anonymous habit tracking to encourage healthy routines
- Child-friendly interface - Designed specifically for young children with parental supervision
👨👩👧👦 Age Requirements & Parental Supervision
ToddleBop is designed for children under 13 years old and requires parental supervision and consent. Parents or guardians must:
- Supervise their child's use of the app
- Manage all subscription purchases and account settings
- Ensure their child uses the app safely and appropriately
- Contact us with any concerns or questions
⭐ Star Club Subscription Terms
Our premium Star Club subscription provides access to additional content:
- Monthly subscription - Billed monthly through your Apple App Store or Google Play account
- 7-day free trial - New subscribers can try Star Club free for 7 days
- Auto-renewal - Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
- Cancellation - Cancel anytime through your Apple or Google account settings
- No refunds - Refunds follow Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies
- Content availability - There is no guarantee about the frequency or nature of uploaded videos for subscribers
- Service availability - We will make all commercially viable efforts to keep the service online during active subscriptions
- Subscription management - We use RevenueCat, a trusted service, to manage subscriptions and provide analytics to improve our premium features
✅ Acceptable Use
When using ToddleBop, please:
- Use for intended purpose - Educational toothbrushing content for children
- Respect our content - Don't copy, share, or redistribute our videos
- Keep it safe - Don't share personal information within the app
- Report issues - Let us know if you experience any problems
🚫 What's Not Allowed
Please don't:
- Share your account with others outside your household
- Attempt to copy, download, or redistribute our content
