END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
ToddleBop Mobile Application
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Fountain Interactive Ltd, a UK registered company, for the ToddleBop mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the ToddleBop app, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Fountain Interactive Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the ToddleBop app on your personal mobile device, subject to the terms of this EULA and the Apple App Store Terms of Service or Google Play Terms of Service.
- Personal Use Only: The app is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only
- Single Device: You may install and use the app on devices associated with your Apple ID or Google Play account
- Children Under 13: App is designed for children under 13 with required parental supervision
- Family Sharing: App may be shared within your household as permitted by platform policies
2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
- Use the app for any commercial or business purposes
- Share your account credentials outside your household
- Download, save, or redistribute video content from the app
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security measures
3. STAR CLUB SUBSCRIPTION
Premium content access through Star Club subscription:
- Monthly Billing: Subscription billed monthly through your Apple App Store or Google Play account
- Free Trial: 7-day free trial for new subscribers
- Auto-Renewal: Automatically renews unless cancelled 24+ hours before period ends
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your platform account settings
- Content Availability: No guarantee about frequency or nature of uploaded videos
- General Content: No guarantee about frequency, availability, or nature of any videos (free or premium)
- Service Availability: We make commercially viable efforts to maintain service during subscriptions
- Subscription Management: RevenueCat service used for subscription analytics and feature improvements
- Refund Policy: Subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store refund policies
4. PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION
Your privacy is important to us. We collect only anonymous usage data to improve the app:
- Anonymous Analytics: Video viewing patterns, app usage, crash reports
- No Personal Data: We don't collect names, emails, or personal information from children
- COPPA Compliant: Complies with Children's Online Privacy Protection Act
- Secure Storage: Data stored securely using Supabase with industry-standard protection
- Subscription Analytics: RevenueCat processes anonymous subscription data to improve premium features
- No Selling: We never sell or share your data with third parties
- Payment Security: All payments handled securely by Apple/Google (we don't see payment info)
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The ToddleBop app and all content, including but not limited to videos, animations, music, sound effects, graphics, logos, characters, visual elements, software code, algorithms, user interface, text, scripts, and educational content are the exclusive property of Fountain Interactive Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
6. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS
Service "As Is": The app, including all free and premium content, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Educational Purpose: All content (both free and premium videos) is for entertainment and educational purposes only, not medical or dental advice.
Internet Required: App requires internet connection; we're not responsible for connectivity issues.
Platform Dependencies: App functionality depends on Apple iOS/Google Android platform availability.
Content Updates: We may modify, update, or discontinue any content (free or premium) at any time without notice.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fountain Interactive Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.
7. UPDATES & MODIFICATIONS
We may update the app and this EULA from time to time:
- App Updates: May include new features, bug fixes, or content changes
- Automatic Updates: Your device may automatically download updates
- EULA Changes: We'll notify you of significant changes through the app
- Continued Use: Using the app after changes means you accept the updated terms
8. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated:
- Your Right: You may terminate by deleting the app from your device
- Our Right: We may terminate if you breach this EULA
- Effect of Termination: You must cease all use and delete the app
- Subscription Termination: Active subscriptions handled per platform policies
9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of this EULA is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
10. THIRD-PARTY TERMS
Your use of the app is also subject to:
- Apple App Store: Licensed Application End User License Agreement
- Google Play Store: Google Play Terms of Service
In case of conflict between this EULA and platform terms, platform terms take precedence for platform-specific matters.

12. EFFECTIVE DATE
